Outdoor Areas

Austin is a city that loves the outdoors.  And with good reason, since the natural beauty of the Texas hill country surrounds us.  Just because we're outside doesn't necessarily mean we want to sit in silence, so Audio Video Designs offers many different styles of speakers to match every outdoor decor and provide you with a level of performance you will be happy with.

Pool Area

The pool needs music too, so outdoor speakers were installed to cover the outdoor area.  Speakers were installed on the porch, in the planters, and at the sitting area behind the pool.  The speakers in the planters are rock speakers in front of the palm trees and a pair of subwoofers hidden from sight behind each of the palms.  A Crestron waterproof controller runs this system.  The rock speakers are driven by a Crestron music system and the subwoofers are driven by a McIntosh multichannel amplifier crossed over by a Rane EQ.
